What Moves You?

We talk a lot about what continually, relentlessly moves us forward. I'm a firm believer that if you're not moving forward - you're moving backward.

But we have found (and maybe you can relate) that pain truly moves us forward. Sometimes we are moving forward at a decent pace without pain, but most often we make our greatest movement forward with pain.

Many of you have a time in mind - a time of great pain. Did that pain help move you forward...or did it move you in reverse? I think we can all agree that life is full of what are you going to do with it? Are you going to allow yourself to stay stagnant and move backward or will you allow that pain to move you forward?
