Challenge Yourself (instead of being offended)

Raise your hand if you've ever been offended.
In all likelihood, you raised your hands to both. Often times being challenged and being offended go hand-in-hand. And then what happens? We get frustrated.
But what if we shift our mindset - and instead of being offended, we open ourselves up to the possibility of changing? We are open and receptive to growing ourselves. If we can't do that, we're cutting our capacity and limiting our bandwidth.
Being challenged isn't always a bad thing. It's, often, a chance to reflect, self-assess, and continue becoming the best versions of ourselves.
