The Only Common Theme...Is Me

The only common theme in all my failures is me. There was a very poignant moment early on at AMC - where I was failing and I knew I was failing - but I had the humility to look in the mirror and realize that I was the problem. All of this started my deep, disciplined journey of studying leadership.

If we're honest with ourselves and each other, we all fail more than we'd like to admit. We're prideful, we think we know it all, but for you to be the very best version of you - you have to look in the mirror. And if we can get lots of people to look in the mirror, to recognize the failures, take responsibility, and then grow from them - radical success will begin to happen.
