At AMC, we have a dedicated space—our conference room—that was intentionally created to be a place for learning and growth. It's a space where honest conversations can happen, disagreements can be worked through, and differing opinions can be explored, all while remaining grounded in our Core Values.

We value honest conversation. We value different perspectives. And we welcome healthy debate, all for the sake of bettering ourselves, our team, and our business.

Of course, there are ground rules. We treat each other with respect, we care for one another, and we approach every conversation with a willingness to learn. But we've intentionally created a culture where honest, meaningful dialogue isn't just allowed—it's encouraged.

Because at the end of the day, we're all on the same team, working toward the same goals. And one of the hallmarks of a successful team is the ability to engage in healthy dialogue, work through disagreements, and ultimately come together in alignment when the dust settles.

Healthy teams don't avoid difficult conversations. They create the space to have them—and grow stronger because of them.
