Alignment
This week, we’re talking about alignment.
For you, alignment could mean getting on the same page with the team you’re part of or the team you lead. It might mean alignment in the classroom, on an athletic team, or even within your family.
For us, alignment begins with clear expectations, goals, and values. These guardrails help keep our teams, our kids, and our people focused on what matters most. They create clarity and help everyone understand where we’re going—and how we’re going to get there.
Alignment is essential, especially when working as a team. If everyone is going to pull on the same rope in the same direction, we have to make sure everyone understands the goal and is moving together.
So, how do we take a group of incredible people and create exponential impact?
I have a couple of ideas to help you get started.
