The unfortunate reality of life is that going through some kind of crisis is inevitable. Whether it’s within our families, among our friends, on a team we lead, or within an organization—crisis happens, and it’s painful.


Crisis also creates a lot of questions and unknowns within our teams. And as leaders, how we respond matters.

Our job is to pick up our cadence of communication, communicate clearly and effectively, connect more deeply with those who need it, and do our absolute best to communicate the facts that help reduce fear and uncertainty.


There’s a lot to unpack when it comes to leading through crisis.
