Do you love those around you? Do you love your team? Do you love the people you lead, even the difficult ones? I ask this understanding that there is a difference between loving your team and loving your spouse.

Loving your team, your people, doesn't mean they replace your spouse or your children. But your teams need to be loved and cared for. They need to know that you are in their corner. They need to know that you care for them inside the walls of your business, but also outside the walls.

And if you are unwilling to love your people (for one reason or another), you are limiting your ability to lead your people.

Ask them how they're doing. Take a genuine interest in their lives. Invest in their professional and personal growth. Your team will notice, the trust within your team will grow, and incredible things will happen.

Need some help getting started? Reach out. I'd love to have a conversation with you.
