Snakes

This week, we're talking about snakes. Not the tangible, animal snakes - but human snakes. The people that are running behind the scenes causing issues, promoting lies and gossip, and creating drama.

If you know me at all - I have ZERO tolerance for "snakes".

I think it's safe to assume we've all dealt with a "snake" in one form or another, but I wanted to give you some insight and ideas on how we identify and handle snakes within the workplace.
