I found this article really insightful, especially how it explains that grit in leadership is not just about pushing through but also staying true to values and building strong relationships. Research also shows grit means passion and perseverance toward long-term goals, even during setbacks . It reminded me of a time I was overwhelmed with deadlines and even thought about using online exam helper just to cope.
