Having kids who are in sports can be challenging. Long hours, high demands, expectations from coaches, teammates, and parents - it's a lot. Most, if not all, of you are aware of this on some level.

For us, we've had to set some boundaries. We've had to draw the line in the "sand" sometimes when it comes to youth sports and our kids' participation in them. Now, the line we've drawn isn't the same for everyone, but maybe this conversation can help you define what that line is for you and your athlete.

At the end of the day, their worth and value isn't found on the field or court. And let's be honest, the majority of kids aren't going professional (or even to college) for athletics - so what can you do to help them be the most successful PERSON they can be?

Here are a couple of our thoughts...and we hope they help.

Wow, this article about children's sports really hits the nail on the head! The requirements are indeed like this. Sometimes, after enduring all the pressure, you just need a little pick-me-up. Speaking of which, if you're looking for a physical test for children after sports, try the body tool for a quick physical analysis!
