Finger-Pointing & Blame

Sometimes, even as leaders and coaches, we need the reminder (at least I do) that we don't play the "blame game". Blaming blocks solutions. Finger-pointing delays progress.
Now, there are times when we need to figure out the "what", "when", "where", and "why" - but we can do so in a way that focuses on the solution, not the problem.
I think most of us know this kind of stuff, but where it becomes a problem is when we're in the heat of the battle and stress brings out the worst in us. And we have to guard our hearts and minds against pointing the finger and casting blame onto others.
Again, blaming blocks solutions and finger-pointing delays progress.
