What are you doing in your organization to find your replacement? Now, I understand that this can be a little uncomfortable - maybe even a little wacky. But when you're looking to find your replacement, there are several things to keep in mind.


The number one thing to be thinking about: What are the values of the organization - those bedrock values and principles that you believe in 100%? Because you need to find someone who believes what you believe. If you're leading a team or an organization that is successful and very good at what it does - you need to find a replacement that can continue to carry that momentum and legacy forward.
