Create Leaders & Learners...not Laborers

Dr. Tom Noffsinger said, "We create learners and leaders, not laborers" and this thought just stuck in my brain! Regardless of whether you're leading a team or not - the question remains: What are we doing to create leaders and learners? What action steps are you taking to grow your people?

We're not training robots; we're training and growing leaders and learners. It's our responsibility to do this and create a life-long learning culture. We always have something to learn. You are never too old to stop learning.
