The Grieving Process feat. Karen Lindberg
Over the last couple of years, we have had to grieve a number of things. And some of those things are smaller (in the grand scheme of things) but anytime you get stripped of what you thought life would look like - you have to change your mindset which, unfortunately, involves some grieving. It is 100% okay and it's healthy to allow yourself to feel the pain and sadness of those moments and simply grieve. It's okay to recognize that life isn't fair.
But even through some of the grieving that we have had to do, we have to allow ourselves to look forward to (and celebrate) the exciting things that we get to do as well. Again, we don't have all the answers. We're not "know-it-alls." but we have learned some valuable lessons that we hope can help you in your journey.
