Culture & Core Values

Over the last couple of weeks, we've talked about the importance of establishing Core Values and creating a healthy culture within your organization, business, church, family - wherever it may be. We HAVE to have Core Values that help steer the ship.

Once you have some values and you're pretty confident in them and the team agrees to them, you need FULL INDOCTRINATION. Full indoctrination means that these values and non-negotiable. If everyone has agreed to these values and has committed to living and abiding by these values - they have to be non-negotiable.
