When you make that a regular part of how you lead, it doesn’t go unnoticed. People aren’t just cogs in a machine—they matter. And they deserve to be valued… and loved.

Transparency Without Regret

If we don't have truths all the time and we don't have wickedly wild transparency all the time - from top to bottom in the organization - we will not be able to achieve our mission of changing lives.
