We've talked about this before but felt like it was time to talk about it again. We had a staff meeting this past Monday, and we discussed gossip and how toxic it is. Gossip is cancer in the workplace. For there to be health inside any organization, they first have to kill gossip. Gossip dies when it hits the ears of the wise. Rumors are started by haters. Carried by fools. Believed by the weak.
