What Is Wellness ?

Wellness is not the absence of symptoms, or simply, “feeling good.”

Seemingly healthy people drop dead everyday. Wellness is founded on your body’s ability to make successful adaptations to the stresses of everyday life. The more that your adaptations are in line with your body’s naturally excellent function, the higher you are on the scale of wellness.


The high school volleyball player whose vertical leap went from twenty to twenty-six inches following a program of care was experiencing a much higher level of wellness!
